Ingredients For shrimp rotel

1 lbfrozen shrimp
-
1 stickmargarine
-
1 cfrozen seasoning mix (picsweet)

1 canrotel tomatoes
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 crice, uncooked

3 clovegarlic, minced
How To Make shrimp rotel

1In large skillet, saute seasoning mix and garlic in 1 stick margarine.

2Add rotel and mushroom soup.

3Add rice and shrimp. Heat and mix well.

4Pour mixture into 9x13-inch casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Stir halfway through.
