Ingredients For shrimp rakhee

  • 1 lb
    fresh shrimp, peeled
  • 1 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 lb
    white fresh mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • 16 oz
    whipped cream, unsweetened
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make shrimp rakhee

  • 1
    Melt the butter. Add mushrooms and onions, Saute until tender.
  • 2
    Stir in shrimp. Add the whipped cream and parmesan cheese. Stir all together and pour into casserole dish.

    Pour bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serve over pasta or a grilled steak.
