Ingredients For shrimp rakhee

1 lbfresh shrimp, peeled

1 stickbutter, room temperature

1 lbwhite fresh mushrooms, sliced thinly

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped

16 ozwhipped cream, unsweetened

3/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/2 cbread crumbs
How To Make shrimp rakhee

1Melt the butter. Add mushrooms and onions, Saute until tender.

2Stir in shrimp. Add the whipped cream and parmesan cheese. Stir all together and pour into casserole dish.

3Pour bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serve over pasta or a grilled steak.
