Ingredients For shrimp florentine stir- fry

1 Tbspolive or vegetable oil

1 lbuncooked medium shrimp peeled and devined

4 clightly packed spinach leaves

1 can(15 oz. ) baby corn,drained

1/4 ccoarsely chopped roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz. jar )

11/2 tspchopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves

11/2 tspgarlic salt
-
lemon wedges, if desired
How To Make shrimp florentine stir- fry

1heat oil in a 12- inch nonstick wok or a 12- inch skillet over medium-high heat.

2add shrimp,stir- fry 2/3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.

3add spinach,corn,roasted bell peppers,tarragon and garlic salt.

4stir-fry 2-4 minutes or until spinach is wilted.

5serve with lemon wedges.
