Ingredients For shrimp & crab casserole

  • 1-1/2 lb
    fresh shrimp
  • 1 lb
    fresh lump crabmeat
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    french onion soup
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes
  • 1-1/2 c
    uncooked white rice
  • 1/4 c
    chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green onion
  • 1/3 c
    chopped parsley
  • 1/3 c
    melted butter
  • cajun seasonings to taste
  • 1-1/2 c
    grated chedder and monterey jack cheese

How To Make shrimp & crab casserole

    Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into a buttered large casserole dish. Cover and bake @350 degrees for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 10-15 minutes. Enjoy...
