Ingredients For shrimp and crab casserole

  • 2 c
    cooked white rice
  • 2 pkg
    imitation crabmeat or 1 cup of lump
  • 1 can
    shrimp or 1 cup of chopped cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 c
    celery
  • 1/2 c
    green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    onion
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    ritz crackers
  • 1/2 tsp
    butter, melted

How To Make shrimp and crab casserole

  • 1
    Mix all the ingredients together except the crackers and butter. Pour into a 13x9 pan. Crumble the Ritz crackers,melted butter and add put on top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
