Ingredients For sherry shrimp

1/2 stickbutter

5 clovegarlic, crushed

1 1/2 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined

1/4 cfresh lemon juice

1/4 tsppepper

1 csherry cooking wine

2 Tbspchopped parsley

2 Tbspchopped chives

salt to taste
How To Make sherry shrimp

1Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, shrimp, lemon juice and pepper. Cook, stirring until shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes. Add cooking sherry, parsley and chives. Bring just to a boil. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
