Ingredients For semi-homemade vegetable soup

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 4 can
    mixed vegetables
  • 1 bottle
    vegetable juice
  • 1 bottle
    tomato juice
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    szechuan five spice
  • 1 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes

How To Make semi-homemade vegetable soup

    In a large pot add your ground beef, seasonings, and garlic. Brown ground beef.

    After beef has browned, drain the grease. Place ground beef back into the pot.

    Add 1 46oz bottle or can of vegetable juice and tomato juice, onion soup mix, and vegetables into the pot.
  • 4
    Stir all of the ingredients together and allow the soup to heat through.
