I am having to drastically change my dietary foods, so I am limited to certain things. This recipe is like a Fajita of sorts. It uses ground beef and salt free seasonings, onions, peppers and thick greek flat bread. Gyro) Even hubby likes it!

1 mdred bell pepper-long strips

2 mdonion-sliced moon shapes

2 mdgreen bell peppers-cut in long strips

1 pkggyro flat bread

1 pkgshredded mozzarella

1 lbground beef-browned
How To Make seasoned veggie gyros

1In a skillet, add Ground beef. Cook until no longer pink. Drain. Add in veggies and onions, Saute'. until tender.

2Secure a microwave plate. Place a Gyro, Add prepared veggies, then sprinkle on mozzerella. Microwave just1 min. Fold and Enjoy!
