I am having to drastically change my dietary foods, so I am limited to certain things. This recipe is like a Fajita of sorts. It uses ground beef and salt free seasonings, onions, peppers and thick greek flat bread. Gyro) Even hubby likes it!

Ingredients For seasoned veggie gyros

  • 1 md
    red bell pepper-long strips
  • 2 md
    onion-sliced moon shapes
  • 2 md
    green bell peppers-cut in long strips
  • 1 pkg
    gyro flat bread
  • 1 pkg
    shredded mozzarella
  • 1 lb
    ground beef-browned

How To Make seasoned veggie gyros

    In a skillet, add Ground beef. Cook until no longer pink. Drain. Add in veggies and onions, Saute'. until tender.

    Secure a microwave plate. Place a Gyro, Add prepared veggies, then sprinkle on mozzerella. Microwave just1 min. Fold and Enjoy!
