I was looking for something quick, easy and delicious to make. I love Portabellas and I wanted to try to stuff them with something really delicious. This recipe of pork sausage and all its seasonings was perfect.

Ingredients For sausage stuffed portabella mushrooms

1 pkgcountry pork sausage

1/2 lgred bell pepper diced

1/2 cgruyere cheese smoked shredded

1egg
-
6 lgportabella mushrooms
-
1 Tbspgarlic chopped
-
1scallop diced
-
1/3 cparmesan cheese
-
1 Tbspweber roasted garlic and herb seasoning

1 tsppepper
How To Make sausage stuffed portabella mushrooms

1Wipe portabellas with a paper towel and take out the stem and gills. Spray outside and inside with a vegetable oil. Place on Broiler.

2Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and split into 6 equal parts. Take ball of ingredients and flatten into the portabella mushroom.

3Cook at 350 for 40 minutes.
