I was looking for something quick, easy and delicious to make. I love Portabellas and I wanted to try to stuff them with something really delicious. This recipe of pork sausage and all its seasonings was perfect.

Ingredients For sausage stuffed portabella mushrooms

  • 1 pkg
    country pork sausage
  • 1/2 lg
    red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 c
    gruyere cheese smoked shredded
  • 1
    egg
  • 6 lg
    portabella mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic chopped
  • 1
    scallop diced
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    weber roasted garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    pepper

How To Make sausage stuffed portabella mushrooms

  • 1
    Wipe portabellas with a paper towel and take out the stem and gills. Spray outside and inside with a vegetable oil. Place on Broiler.

    Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and split into 6 equal parts. Take ball of ingredients and flatten into the portabella mushroom.

    Cook at 350 for 40 minutes.
