chopped onion

augratin potatoes

carrots cut in 2" strips
1/4 tsp

black pepper
1 c

shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp

vegetable oil
2 1/2 c

hot water
10 oz pkg

frozen chopped broccoli-thaw-drain

How To Make sausage & potatoes augratin

Cook sausage & onion in a skillet until onion is
tender. Stir in potatoes, sauce mix, water & pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer 10 min.
stirring occasionally. Stir in carrot strips & broccoli. Cover & cook until all vegetables are
tender then stir in cheese. Cover & cook until cheese is melted. Ready to serve.
