sausage and peppers
This meal tasted so good I had to share it. The taste of the peppers and sausage had the mushrooms for picky eaters.

Ingredients For sausage and peppers

1 pkgkeilbasa sausage

1 -2 cmushrooms

1 boxpenne
-
3 mdgreen bell peppers

1onions, yellow, medium

1 bottlepasta sauce

1-2 tspextra virgin olive oil
How To Make sausage and peppers

1Slice peppers and onions. Add 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil and sauteé onions and peppers until done.

2Slice mushrooms and cut sausages. Add to onions and peppers. Simmer 5 - 10 minutes until done.

3In a seperate pot, boil penne until al denté.

4Strain excess water from pasta and add sausage pepper mix to pasta.

5Heat up pasta sauce.

6Serve pasta sauce over sausage and pasta.
