I like garbanzo beans and am always ready to try a recipe using them. Hope you enjoy this one too. And the best thing is that this dish can be throw together very quickly.

Ingredients For sausage and garbanzo beans

2 can(15ozs) grabanzo beans--drained

1 lbpolish sausage, sliced

15 oztomato sauce
-
1 cchopped onion
-
1/4 cwater
-
2bay leaves
-
1 clovegarlic--minced
-
1 tspdried oregano--crushed

1/2 tspground cumin
-
1/8 tsppepper
How To Make sausage and garbanzo beans

1Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; cover. Cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours. Remove bay leaves before serving.

2NOTE: May add salt if desired; however, I find it salty enough from the sausage.
