Ingredients For salami reuben

1 1/2 tspbutter, softened
-
2 slicerye bread
-
1 Tbspthousand island dressing
-
2 sliceswiss or havarti cheese ( i like the havarti)

3 slicehard salami, thinly slice
-
3 Tbspsauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
How To Make salami reuben
-
1Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice on a griddle, buttered side down. Spread with salad dressing; top with one slice of cheese, two slices of salami, sauerkraut and remaining salami and cheese. Top with second slice of bread, buttered side up. Cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
