Ingredients For rotisserie chicken panini

3 Tbspmayonnaise or miracle whip

4 1/2 tspgrated fresh parmesan cheese

1 tsplemon juice

1/2 tspprepared pesto

1/4 tsplemon rind, grated

dash pepper.

4 slicesourdough bread
-
1/4 lbsliced rotisserie chicken

4 sliceready to serve bacon

2 slicesmoked part- skim mozzarella cheese

2 slicered onion...separated into rings

4 slicetomatoes

2 Tbspbutter..melted
How To Make rotisserie chicken panini

1in a small bowl,combine the 1st 6 ingredients; spread 1/2 over 2 slices of sourdough bread slices. Layer with chicken,bacon,mozzarella cheese,onion, and tomato. Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture over the remaining bread slices; put on top. Brush outsides of sandwiches with butter.

2Cook on a panini grill or a George Foreman grill or a indoor grill for 3-4 minutes or until bread is browned and cheese is melted.
