1 ccherry tomatoes

1 lggarlic clove, thinly sliced

1 Tbspcapers

1 Tbspolive oil

salt and fresh ground pepper

chives or basil

feta, goat, or Parmesan cheese
How To Make roasted cherry tomato & garlic pierogis

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pierogis and cook, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes. Add to a large mixing bowl and set aside.

3In a bowl, add the tomatoes, garlic, and capers and toss with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

4Place on lined baking sheet and roast for 8-10 mins until tomatoes have softened and released their juices.

5Toss tomato mixture with pierogis and serve warm.
