Ingredients For rhonda's pieroges

2 call purpose flour
-
2eggs
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 cwater
- FILLING

6potatoes ,cooked

8 ozcheddar cheese
-
1/2 stickmargarine
-
1onion (optional)
- SERVING OPTIONS

butter, melted
-
chopped onions
How To Make rhonda's pieroges

1Mix flour,egg,salt and water to make elastic dough. Roll on floured surface until 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 4 inch squares.

2mix potatoes, cheddar cheese and margarine till creamy. Put 1/8 cup on to dough fold over and pinch together: roll edges.

3Drop into boiling water. Cook until floats to top. Cook for 2 minutes longer. Remove with slotted spoon. Top with melted butter and onion. Or may fry in butter with onion till brown slightly.
