Since St. Patrick's Day is rapidly approaching, I wanted to post some tasty corned beef recipes and here is one I enjoy and so easy to prepare!

Ingredients For reuben roll-ups

1tube crescent rolls

1 csauerkraut, well drained

1 Tbspthousand island salad dressing

4 slicecorned beef, halved

4 sliceswiss cheese, halved
How To Make reuben roll-ups

1Roll out each rectangle. Combine sauerkraut and salad dressing. Place a slice of corned beef on each rectangle. Top with about 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut and a slice of cheese. Roll-up. Place with seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 - 14 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 8 roll-ups. ENJOY!
