How To Make restaurant style shahi paneer recipe

1At first for preparing makhani gravy heat butter in a pan, then saute chopped ginger-garlic, green chili until raw smell goes away.

2Then add cubed cut tomatoes and onions and saute in medium flame up to 3 to 4 min.

3After that mix, cashew, almond, red chili powder, salt.

4Next, pour water, cover the pan with lid and boil the mixture for 15 min

5Now, cool down the mixture and pour in grinder to make a smooth puree.

6Then preparing gravy pour butter in the same pan,and saute chopped ginger garlic, and green chili some time.

7Furthermore, pour tomato-onion puree in the pan also sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and cook until gravy leaves side of the pan.

8Next pour some water and simmer this gravy for some time.

9Then add paneer cube and mix with this makhani gravy.

10For garnishing, sprinkle some chopped fresh coriander leaves and cream on top of the gravy.
