Who doesn’t love a real gross out meal during Halloween? After all, I figure most of you lovely readers know that I’m not the woman that’s going to make cute ghost cupcakes. I’m much more likely to make fake vomit (that’s actually delicious) and put it on something that will scare children.

How To Make regurgitated pancakes

  • 1
The Puke! Peel and dice your apple and then stir together your apple sauce and oats in a small bowl. Add about 1/2 cup of boiling water to the mixture which gets absorbed by the oats. Then add a single drop of red, blue, and green food coloring which will make the whole thing a kind of strange brownish color. You know the color.

The Pancakes Just mix together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together the wet ingredients in a second bowl. Stir the wet into the dry and then mix in your melted butter.
  • 3
Cook the pancakes over medium heat and melt a little butter in the pan before you pour in the batter. They will need to cook for 3-4 minutes on the first side. When the pancakes start to firm up around the edges and bubbles form on top, it is ready to flip.
