1/2 craw pine nuts

1garlic clove

1/2 cbasil leaves

1medium red bell pepper

2 Tbspolive oil

1/4 cvegetable stock

1/8 tspcayenne pepper

1 pinchsea salt
How To Make red pepper basil creamy pine nut pesto sauce

1Add pine nuts and garlic with olive oil to frying pan, toast on low heat for 2 minutes, then transfer to food processor, set aside

2Place red pepper and cayenne pepper in frying pan with olive oil and sauté' for 5 minutes on medium heat

3Transfer to food processor, then add basil leaves, vegetable stock, and sea salt to taste. Blend on high until creamy consistency. Serve over cooked pasta!
