Ingredients For raspberry grilled cheese

  • 2 Tbsp
    seedless red raspberry preserves
  • 4 slice
    sourdough bread
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped pecans
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp
    sliced green onion
  • 4 slice
    muenster or baby swiss cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, softened

How To Make raspberry grilled cheese

  • 1
    Spread preserves on two slices of bread; top with the pecans, onion and cheese. Top with remaining bread.

    Butter outsides of sandwiches. Toast on a hot griddle for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
