How To Make quick tips for new cooks
-
1WET & DRY When a recipe calls for you to mix wet & dry ingredients together I find it easier to put the dry in the bowl and then add the wet.

2bUTTER WRAPPERS Save the butter wrapers and put them in a freezer bag then when you need to grease and flour a pan take 1 out and put the butter side down and grease the pan, then you don't have a mess on your hands, then put a little flour in the pan and shake it around. hit the sides of the pan and throw the excess flour away so this is called dusting the pan

3ROAST If your going to make a roast in the oven. Take the meat out of the wrapper and wash it off in cold water, put the meat in a cassarole dish salt and pepper and put the lid on. Don't put any water in it. Can can save the drips off the roast to either make gravy or you can put the drips in a freezer bag when they are cooled and put in the freezer to add to soup or use in a recipe that calls for beef stock.
- Last Step: Don't forget to share! Make all your friends drool by posting a picture of your finished recipe on your favorite social network. And don't forget to tag Just A Pinch and include #justapinchrecipes so we can see it too!
