8 cfresh broccoli florets

1/4 conion, chopped

3 cchicken broth

2 pkg3 oz. pkgs. chicken flavored ramen noodles, broken into small pieces

3 cmilk

3/4 lbvelveeta cheese, cubed
How To Make quick & easy broccoli cheese soup

1Heat oil in a large dutch oven over medium high heat. Add the broccoli florets; toss to coat until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove and set aside.

2In the same dutch oven, melt the butter. Add the onion and cook until tender. Stir in the broth, garlic salt, and pepper and bring to a boil.

3Break the noodles into pieces and add them to the pot along with the seasoning packets.

4Reduce the heat to medium low and add the milk and cheese. Stir constantly until melted. Add the broccoli. Heat until warm and serve.
