    olive oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and diced
  • 1 md
    red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and diced
  • 1 stalk
    celery, diced
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    curry powder
  • 2 pkg
    (14-ounces each) extra firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bottle
    (12-ounce) barbecue sauce

How To Make pressure cooker bbq tofu

  • 1
    Heat the olive oil in the pressure cooker over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, onion, green and red pepper, and celery. Season with salt and curry powder. Cook 2 minutes. Add the tofu and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Add the barbecue sauce. Cover and bring to high pressure over HIGH heat. Lower the heat to stabilize the pressure. Cook for 5 minutes.

    Remove from the heat. Release the pressure by using the automatic pressure release. Unlock and remove the cover.
