Ingredients For potato casserole

  • 2 lb
    frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 c
    grated cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 2 c
    crushed cornflakes

How To Make potato casserole

  • 1
    Defrost potatoes. Combine next 6 ingredients(on left) and mix with potatoes. Pour a 9x13 inch pan.
  • 2
    Melt butter in a frying pan and saute cornflakes until they start to turn golden. Sprinkle over the top of the potato mixture and bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
