Ingredients For pineapple ham casserole

20 oz. can pineapple tidbits

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

3 cups cooked rice

2 cups cubed fully cooked ham

1 cup chopped green pepper
-
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese, divided

1/3 cup chopped onion
How To Make pineapple ham casserole

1Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard, and reserved pineapple juice; mix well. Fold in rice, ham, green pepper, 1 cup cheese, onion and pineapple.

2Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
