Ingredients For pierogie casserol

1onion sauteed
-
6 cmashed potatoes

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 boxpot pit or bow tie noodles cooked

1 tsppepper
-
1 tspsalt

4 Tbspbutter
-
sour cream
How To Make pierogie casserol

1Cook noodles until al dente, and drain

2Saute onion in 4 tbs butter

3make mashed potatoes as you normally do. Add salt and pepper.

4Mix potatoes, onion, and 3/4 of the shredded cheese
-
5In a greased casserol dish layer 1/2 of the cooked noodles. Top with half of the potatoe mix. Repeat layers. Sprinkle last of cheese on top

6Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with sour cream.
