Ingredients For phlum

1 pkgkielbasa; italian sausage; or ground beef

1 lgcabbage head (green or purple)

1 cantomatoes, canned and cut up

2 stalkcelery
-
6 mdpotatoes

1 mdonion
How To Make phlum

1Cut cabbage, celery and onions into slices. Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces. Peel and slice potatoes.

2In a large skillet, melt butter (about 1/4 cup) and saute celery and onion until transparent. Add potatoes and still occasionally until potatoes are soft. They should have a nice "crust" on them, but not burnt.

3Add cabbage and kielbasa and continue to cook on low heat, add another 1/4 butter. Cover and cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until cabbage is soft and transparent. Add tomatoes at the last and heat through. Serves 6-8.
