Ingredients For pea stew

2 cfresh green peas, cleaned

2 Tbspfresh dill, chopped

1 mdyellow onion, diced

2 mdcarrots, chopped

2 mdpotatoe, cut into chunks

4 mdfresh tomatoes, diced

2 tspsea salt, fresh ground

1/2 tspblack pepper, fresh ground

4 chot water
-
1 pinchpaprika

4 Tbspolive oil
How To Make pea stew

1Turn the heat on medium high and saute the onion in olive oil, until they are translucent.

2Next add the carrots and the tomatoes, mix well. When it starts to boil lower the temperature to medium and add the peas and potatoes.

3Now add the water, dill, salt & pepper and paprika, making sure to stir well. Cover once it starts to boil, then lower the temperature to medium low and simmer for 40 - 50 minutes. Add more water if necessary. The vegetables are soft when done.

4Serve hot with a nice loaf of bread.
