200 gpaneer

4 lgtomato

1/2 smonion

3 tspcashews, unsalted

3 tspcream

2 tspbutter

1 tspginger garlic paste

1 tspred chili powder

1 tspgreen chili

1/2/ tspsalt

2 smgreen cardamom

1bay leaf

1/2 stickcinamom stick

1/4 tspfenugreek leaves
How To Make paneer makhani recipe

1Roughly chopped tomatoes and onions and boil with cashewnuts, whole spices and half of the red chilli powder and butter till messy and soft.

2Grind them into a fine paste or puree.

3Heat remaining butter and add green chili and ginger garlic paste. Saute till raw smell of ginger garlic paste goes.

4Cut Paneer into cubes and add into the pan and saute.

5Pour the puree, salt red chilli powder and simmer for 5 - 6 minutes.

6Pour the cream and sprinkle fenugreek leaves mix nicely and removee.
