How To Make pad thai with tofu

1Place the noodles in boiling water and let sit until cooked about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain.

2Mix the ingredients together for the sauce and set aside.

3Add the coconut milk and noodles to large skillet. Stir in the veggies and tofu. Cook 2 minutes. Pour in the sauce and cook 3 minutes. Serve topped with chopped nuts and a squeeze of lime juice
