Ingredients For over-the-coals dinner

  • 1
    (12x10x2-1/2 in) foil baking pan/or old cake pan
  • 1 lb
    ring bologna, cut into 1/2-1 inch slices
  • 3
    medium baking potatoes
  • 2 c
    frozen cut green beans
  • red, green or yellow bell pepper strips- add to your liking
  • 1/4 c
    margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    cracked black pepper

How To Make over-the-coals dinner

  • 1
    Heat grill. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange bologna, potatoes, green beans and bell pepper in sprayed pan. Pour melted butter evenly over mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Grill 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
