This new oven fried chicken recipe tastes like orange chicken with honey. So, I decided to combine it with an orange chicken recipe. This is so delicious. I use chicken thighs, and it's so good with lo mein noodles or fried rice.

2 corange juice with extra pulp

1 choney

2 tspdark brown sugar

1 tsponion powder

2 tspgrated orange zest

8 lgchicken thighs with skin-on

1 1/4 call purpose flour

2 tspground black pepper

1packet dry onion soup mix

1 3/4 cpanko bread crumbs

2 ccrushed saltine crackers
How To Make orange-honey oven fried chicken thighs

1In a large bowl, combine the orange juice, honey, brown sugar, onion powder and orange zest; whisk together until blended.

2Add the chicken thighs and mix well. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.

3Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

4Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

5In a shallow dish, combine the flour, black pepper, and dry onion soup mix

6In a another shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and crushed saltine crackers.

7Take the chicken thighs out of the orange juice-honey mixture and place them into the flour mixture.

8Dredge into the bread crumb mixture.

9Place them on a greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

10Then turn the pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes.
