1/4 cbell pepper, julienned

1/4 cmushrooms, sliced

1/4 czucchini, julienned

4tomato slices
How To Make open faced pita sandwich

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Saute vegetables in water or steam until tender.

3Drain and season to taste.

4Spread thin layer of mustard on top of whole, unsplit pita.

5Top with vegetables and tomato slices.

6Toast lightly.
