Ingredients For open faced cheese & bacon sandwiches

  • 6 slice
    bread (any kind you like)
  • 6 slice
    cheese (any kind you like)
  • 6 - 8 slice
    bacon (fried)
  • thinly sliced onion

How To Make open faced cheese & bacon sandwiches

  • 1
    On cookie sheet, toast one side of bread slices under broiler.
  • 2
    Turn bread slices over, and place one slice of cheese on each.
  • 3
    Top cheese slices with bacon, and thinly sliced onion
  • 4
    Place under broiler just long enough to slightly melt the cheese.
  • 5
    These are great with chips, a salad, or a bowl of soup. ENJOY!!
