Ingredients For open faced cheese & bacon sandwiches

6 slicebread (any kind you like)

6 slicecheese (any kind you like)

6 - 8 slicebacon (fried)

thinly sliced onion
How To Make open faced cheese & bacon sandwiches

1On cookie sheet, toast one side of bread slices under broiler.

2Turn bread slices over, and place one slice of cheese on each.

3Top cheese slices with bacon, and thinly sliced onion

4Place under broiler just long enough to slightly melt the cheese.

5These are great with chips, a salad, or a bowl of soup. ENJOY!!
