I came up with this when the kids were still quite young and money was tight. I still make it for my wife and I,and the kids now make it for their kids. Hope you like it to.

How To Make one skillet polish kielbasa dinner

  • 1
Peel potatoes and onion then slice to 1/4" "I like to use a mandolin for this"
  • 2
Place Kielbasa in a large pan that has a cover. Open cans of beans and partially drain one, empty cans into skillet around sausage. Add wine and sprinkle spices
  • 3
Place a layer of onion rings on top of sausage and beans ( this will help keep the potatoes from absorbing the liquids) Then spread potatoes on top, making alternating layers. Cover and cook on a medium heat

Check potatoes with fork after 15 mins, when tender dish is done. Use a large spatula to scoop out meat and vege servings. My son likes his with butter, salt and pepper
