my whole family loves this. Our Nana made this in the summer. It was our favorite summer sandwich. It could be breakfast, lunch or dinner. We have been making this now going on the 4th generation. It was a good stick to your ribs favorite. Not a plain old BLT.

1 lbbacon

8 lgeggs

1lettuce head

2tomatoes
-
mayonnaise
-
salt and pepper

How To Make nana's belt

1cook bacon I prefer crispy

2Fry eggs in whichever fat you prefer i use the bacon drippings

3slice tomatoes thinly pull apart lettuce.

4To Assemble. Toast bread, spread mayo on bread,layer bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato. Salt and Pepper to taste. Cut in half and enjoy.
