This is so easy but so good.I was chopping peppers and all the things to make a meat loaf one day. and thought there has to be a easy way to do this. then Bingo and I hit the jack pot. why not use salsa it has all this in it my family loves it you will to I make it two ways now. just a meat loaf or stuffed

Ingredients For my meat loaf

  • 5lb lb
    ground beef
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1lg jar
    sausa mix ( chunkey pace)
  • pkg
    bread crums or soda crackers crushed
  • MIX WELL
  • USE THE POTATOES AND CHEESE IF YOU WANT TO STUFF IT
  • 112 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 c
    hash browen potatoes raw

How To Make my meat loaf

  • mix well

    mix the first four ingredients well
  • in cooking bag

    I cook mine in a cooking bag/ place in half of meat if you are stuffing now put the potatoes and cheese on top and place the rest of the meat on and seal it a round the cheese and potatoes use Tye and Tye bag
  • ready for oven

    place in preheated oven 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until done
