1 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspbutter

1 lgonion chopped

4 clovegarlic minced

3 csliced mushrooms

1 Tbspsmoked papriika

1 Tbspmushrooom ketchup or worcestershire sauce

2 Tbspflour
-
1 cwhite wine
-
1/4 cheavy cream
-
1/2 csour cream at room temp

1/2head of cabbage shredded

2 Tbspbutter

How To Make mushroom stroganoff over cooked cabbage

1In a skillet add the oil and butter and let it melt. Add the onion, garlic and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms have given up their moisture. Stir in the paprika and flour.

2Slowly add the white wine, and mushroom ketchup. Stir until no lumps are left from the flour. Add the heavy cream. Cook 5 minutes

3Stir in the sour cream. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add some salt. Add the cabbage and cook until the cabbage is softened.

4Drain the cabbage and stir in the butter. Serve the mushroom stroganoff over the cabbage
