    mushrooms chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 c
    fresh spinach
  • 6 oz
    shredded parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • GARNISH
  • any herbs like basil or parsley

How To Make mushroom and spinach crepes

    Mix the ingredients for the batter together and whip until it's pale and frothy. Place in the fridge and let chill 30 minutes.

    Add some oil to a skillet and add the mushrooms until golden. Add the garlic and spinach and cook until spinach is welted. Season with salt and pepper.
