Ingredients For mother's day beef and mango compote sammy

  • m - mango compote (1 med mango, 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 c water))
  • o - onion, sliced thinly
  • t - tomato, sliced
  • h - horseradish, creamy style
  • e - egg, boiled and sliced
  • r - roast beef, deli sliced
  • s - sharp cheddar
  • @--->----------
  • d - dill pickle
  • a - artisan bread, sliced lengthwise
  • y - yellow pepper, sliced

How To Make mother's day beef and mango compote sammy

  • 1
    place mango, water and sugar in sauce pan and reduce until thickened enough to spread
  • 2
    slather mango compote on both sides of the bread.
  • 3
    place cheese slices on one half and roast beef on the other half, spread horseradish onto roast beef.
  • 4
    then layer the rest of the ingredients equally across the middle, flip top onto bottom, cut into as many servings as desired.
