Ingredients For mother's day beef and mango compote sammy

m - mango compote (1 med mango, 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 c water))

o - onion, sliced thinly

t - tomato, sliced

h - horseradish, creamy style

e - egg, boiled and sliced

r - roast beef, deli sliced

s - sharp cheddar

a - artisan bread, sliced lengthwise

y - yellow pepper, sliced
How To Make mother's day beef and mango compote sammy

1place mango, water and sugar in sauce pan and reduce until thickened enough to spread

2slather mango compote on both sides of the bread.

3place cheese slices on one half and roast beef on the other half, spread horseradish onto roast beef.

4then layer the rest of the ingredients equally across the middle, flip top onto bottom, cut into as many servings as desired.
