Ingredients For mom's meatloaf

1 lbground beef or ground turkey

1/2 lbground pork or ground beef

1egg
-
1 cmilk
-
3 slicebread, finely chopped

1/4 tspcelery salt, ground mustard, sage, and pepper

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 conion, finely chopped

2 tspsoy sauce
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

ketchup, optional
How To Make mom's meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Put all ingredients except ketchup in a bowl. Mix well with hands, paying close attention to getting the meats thoroughly blended. Put meat mixture in a 9 x 5 loaf pan.

3Bake, uncovered, for 75 minutes. If using ketchup, spread over top of loaf after it's been in the oven for 60 minutes. Drain fat from loaf pan and serve.
