mom's hotdogs & onions
(1 rating)
I'd called my mother to ask how she made those onions you top a hotdog with like you get at the vendors. The recipe was so simple I was floored. Then I got an idea remembering when I was a kid, as a change of pace, mom would slice hotdogs lengthwise and cook them in a skillet. They'd curl up and we'd make sandwiches with them. I topped the onions cooking in the skillet with sliced hotdogs. It was good!
