A recipe from my mother. I am not a fan of hominy myself, but this is always a dish that is emptied at Thanksgiving when she makes it. Try it for yourself, and let everyone know!

Ingredients For mom's hominy casserole

1 16oz canwhite hominy, drained

1 16oz canyellow hominy, drained

1/2 lbmonterey jack cheese, grated

3/4 csour cream

1/4oz candiced chilies
How To Make mom's hominy casserole

1Mix cans of hominy, sour cream, and chilies in a bowl.

2Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.

3Pour mixture in and cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
