My mother would make this in a pinch, and became the ultimate comfort food for our family. All 5 kids and all of the grandkids make this and it brings back great memories of home and our mom's kitchen.

Ingredients For mom's goulash

  • 1 lb
    ground meat (beef, chicken, turkey, or venison)
  • 2 can
    pork and beans
  • 1 can
    corn (drained)
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • salt and pepper to taste (we add garlic salt also)

How To Make mom's goulash

  • 1
    Cook ground meat and seasonings in deep skillet or dutch oven (I use a club Pot) until browned and cooked through. Drain. Put back in skillet.

    Add pork and beans, drained corn, and ketchup. Heat through until hot.

    Serve with shredded cheese if desired. Enjoy
