Ingredients For mexi-chili

1 lbground beef

3 tspdried onion

2 Tbspchili powder

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

3 oztomato sauce

1 canranch style beans, drained rotel tomatoes, chopped green chilies, fire roasted salsa style tomatoes

1/8 cself rising cornmeal mix
How To Make mexi-chili

1Brown ground beef and drain.

2Add dried onion and seasonings, stir well.

3Add all vegetables and tomatoes sauce. Simmer 20 minutes.

4Sprinkle sr cornmeal over meat and stir to thicken about 2 to 3 minutes. Turn burner off.

5Sprinkle 2 handfuls of Mexican blend shredded cheese and cover with lid to melt. Once cheese is melted serve.

6Perfectly accompanied with cornbread or tortilla chips.
