Vodka and veggies? Yes! This surprisingly tasty combination was a realt treat. The flavors meld seamlessly and each bite is a delight. We have had great success using a 10oz. bag of frozen veggies. Experiment and enjoy!

Ingredients For maple vodka veggies

  • 3+ c
    green, yellow, red, and orange peppers
  • 3/4 c
    sunflower seeds
  • 10 stick
    sugar snap peas
  • 10 stick
    green beans
  • 1/2
    cucumber
  • 1/2 c
    vodka
  • 1/2+ c
    maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How To Make maple vodka veggies

  • 1
    First step to making this delicious meal is taking your sunflower seeds and heating them in the pan until they form a golden color. When golden, put in separate bowl on the side.

    Put oil in the pan then add peppers, sugar snaps, green beans and saute them. Add vodka and maple syrup. Bring to a boil. When reaches boiling add the sunflower seeds and stir.

    Put in bowl your cooked ingredients and top with fresh cucumbers.
