Mamma was a great cook! She loved crawfish almost as much as crab and shrimp! But this recipe is one of her best!

Ingredients For mamma's crawfish fettuccine

1onion, finely chopped

1 clovegarlic, crushed

1 stickbutter
-
2 - 3 Tbspflour

1bell pepper, chopped

2 lbcrawfish tail meat

1 1/2 lbvelveeta jalapena cheese, shredded

1 cheavy cream
-
1 lbfettucine noodles
-
parmesan cheese
How To Make mamma's crawfish fettuccine

1Saute onions, bell pepper and garlic in butter. Add flour, cooking andf stirring for about 5 minute.

2Add crawfish and parsley.

3Fold in Velveeta and heavy cream. Cook on low for about 30 minutes.

4Cook noodles, drain and rinse.

5Mix noodles and cheese sauce and pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
