Mamma was a great cook! She loved crawfish almost as much as crab and shrimp! But this recipe is one of her best!

Ingredients For mamma's crawfish fettuccine

    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2 - 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1
    bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 lb
    crawfish tail meat
  • 1 1/2 lb
    velveeta jalapena cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 lb
    fettucine noodles
  • parmesan cheese

How To Make mamma's crawfish fettuccine

    Saute onions, bell pepper and garlic in butter. Add flour, cooking andf stirring for about 5 minute.

    Add crawfish and parsley.

    Fold in Velveeta and heavy cream. Cook on low for about 30 minutes.

    Cook noodles, drain and rinse.

    Mix noodles and cheese sauce and pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
