Ingredients For mama's chili

2 lbground beef

1onion, chopped

1green pepper chopped

2 canchili magic
-
2 canchili beans, white or red or black

1 lgcan of crushed tomatoes

1 tspcayenne or less to taste

1 tspsalt or less to taste
How To Make mama's chili

1brown ground beef over low heat. crumble as it cooks.

2add chopped onion, pepper, garlic if desired. salt these now.

3Add canned ingredients. Stir and continue to cook over very low flame. Taste and add more salt or cayenne if necessary.

4When ready to serve, add toppings as deired. cheese, croutons, sour cream, scallions, etc. Serve with hot rolls or bread.
