lynn's sausage bake
My daughter that lives in Colorado made this dish for my husband and me while visiting. I thought it so good that I asked her to jot down the ingredients and how-to. Lynn is a wonderful cook, she did not learn it from me but I have bragging rights on what a good cook she is.

How To Make lynn's sausage bake
-
1Easiest dish to make! Only have to cut all sausage links into bite-size pieces.
-
2I put all of the sliced veggies into a large bowl, coat all lightly with olive oil and toss to coat. Add the sliced sausage pieces to this and spread out on two baking sheets.
-
3Bake at 400 degrees, tossing every 15 minutes or so for an hour. I made all the day before and only baked for 45 minutes, then the day needed I baked for the final 15 minutes to warm through.
